PROCESS FOR PLANS DESIGN.
4 phases to design your 3D landscaping garden plans, made online, with a landscape architect or in building architecture with an architectural technician.
1/ You complete the online service request to design the plans.
You complete the online services request form; this allows our team to obtain a first overview of your needs and evaluate the working time necessary for the design of your landscaping plans or your architectural project.
2/ Our team begins the plan design process.
Within 24 to 48 business hours after the reception of your online service request, our team will send you the professional services contract, which informs you of the cost estimate for the design of the plans made by the landscape architect. or the architectural technologist, the clauses in the contract and the terms of payment, and the client file to help the landscape architect or the architectural technologist understand your project thoroughly.

The Professional Services Agreement is without obligation on your part until it is accepted and signed by you.

Once you approve the professional services contract and have filled out the client file, the landscape architect or architectural technologist sends you the billing specifying the terms of payment, then begins the design for the plans, which takes place in 3 steps.
Step 1
Landscape Architecture
The landscape architect sets up the structures (patio, terrace, pergola, swimming pool, etc.),
-
develops a general concept and garden style (contemporary, California Zen, English, etc.),
-
positions the infrastructures to create cohesion between the zones (main entrance, parking lot, stepping stones, etc.),
- locates the planting beds to decorate your garden and enhance your home.
Building Architecture
The architectural technician will meet you,
-
discusses with you your architectural orientation (style of architecture, size, and positioning of rooms),
-
draws up the general design,
-
identifies support structures,
-
locates windows, entrances, and exits,
-
submits the plan for comments and modifications.
Step 2
Landscape Architecture
-
The landscape architect adjusts the design of the plans following your ideas and comments,
-
makes the first selection of plants (conifers, shrubs, perennials, annuals, etc.),
-
makes the first selection of construction materials (pavers, slabs, ecological concrete, composite boards, etc.),
-
creates 3D ambiance perspectives to situate you in your future outdoor space.
Building Architecture
The architectural technician revises the general design following your ideas and comments,
-
makes an initial selection of building materials (coating, roofing, windows, door, etc.),
-
achieves the 3D modeling of your future home to obtain a realistic visual.

-
Is the plans' design and the garden style what you are looking for?
-
Does the chosen list of plants suits you?
